Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 3kbip website accessible at https://3kbip.io, including all associated pages, sub-pages, features, tools, and services available thereon.
• "We," "Us," "Our," or "3kbip" refers to the offshore licensed operator that owns and operates the Platform and serves the Bangladesh market.
• "You" / "Player" / "User" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account registered and maintained by a User on the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited funds held in your Account available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits or free bet amounts credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by 3kbip before processing certain account actions, including first withdrawals.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency used for all financial transactions on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the reference time zone for all Platform operations, offer expiry, and support hours.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time. These documents are incorporated herein by reference.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of any third party, you confirm that you have full authority to bind that party to these Terms. You further acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether participation is lawful in your location before using the Platform.

3kbip reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

Eligibility & Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 3kbip may request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts opened by or on behalf of persons under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, all wagers will be voided, and all deposited funds may be forfeited in accordance with regulatory guidance on underage gambling.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active Account on the Platform. Registering or operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same personal details, different personal details, or via a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 3kbip reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to void any winnings associated with them.

3.3 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 3kbip will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify our support team immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Account Verification (KYC)

3kbip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. Verification may be requested at any point, including before processing your first withdrawal, when your cumulative deposits reach a certain threshold, or when our fraud monitoring systems flag unusual account activity.

4.1 Acceptable Identity Documents

To verify your identity, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport (biographical data page)
• Driver's licence issued by BRTA (Bangladesh Road Transport Authority)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and residential address (dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of bKash or Nagad account ownership linked to your registered mobile number

4.2 Verification Timelines

Our KYC team will process submitted documents within 24–72 hours during business days (BST). Withdrawals will remain on hold until verification is complete. 3kbip accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing caused by incomplete or incorrect documentation submitted by the Player.

4.3 Failure to Verify

If you are unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, 3kbip reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend withdrawal privileges, or close the Account entirely. In such cases, deposited funds will be returned via the original payment method subject to anti-money laundering review.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

3kbip currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and standard bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We do not accept cryptocurrency or payments in foreign currency.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal limits and daily transaction caps may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. High-value withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification requirements.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Real Money Balance within approximately 30 seconds of successful transfer confirmation. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours depending on the sending institution. 3kbip does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own service charges.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad wallets are typically processed within 1–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund the Account (same-source withdrawal policy). 3kbip reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

5.5 Prohibited Payment Practices

You must not use the Platform for any payment or money transfer purpose unrelated to genuine gambling activity. Depositing funds without the intention of wagering, or using the Platform as a means of moving funds between payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

3kbip offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are credited to your Bonus Balance and are subject to the specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements stated on the relevant promotional offer page at the time the bonus is claimed.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per promotion) before any portion of the Bonus Balance — or winnings derived from it — may be withdrawn. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10–25%, and sports bets contribute at rates specified per promotion. Bets placed on games with an RTP above 97% may not contribute toward wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

3kbip actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to neutralise risk while clearing wagering requirements, systematically exploiting free bet or cashback offers across multiple accounts, or any coordinated effort to extract value from promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and associated winnings removed, and may be restricted from future promotions or permanently suspended.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to note the expiry conditions of each offer at the time of claiming.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

3kbip reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed after the result of the relevant event is known, where a technical error has affected the displayed odds or game outcome, or where the bet violates applicable game-specific rules.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game session or live betting event, 3kbip's decision regarding the outcome of affected bets is final. Winnings resulting from a game or odds error will be voided, and the original stake will be returned. The principle "malfunction voids all pays" applies across all casino game titles.

7.3 Sports Betting

All sports bets — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other covered disciplines — are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and the individual market rules published on the Platform. In the event of abandonment, postponement, or cancellation of a sporting event, 3kbip's settlement rules as published will govern all affected bets. Live in-play bets are settled based on the score or state of play at the time the bet was confirmed.

7.4 Casino Games

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) independently tested for fairness by the relevant game studio (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others). Published RTP percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Players are advised to review game-specific rules within each game interface before wagering.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 3kbip Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit table dynamics, or gain an unfair advantage in any game format
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events covered by the 3kbip sportsbook
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime
• Creating or operating accounts on behalf of a third party without explicit written authorisation from 3kbip
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the Platform's software, APIs, data feeds, or pricing algorithms
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive conduct toward 3kbip staff or other players via any support or chat channel
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or in any communication with 3kbip

Responsible Gaming

3kbip is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Players with the tools to manage their gaming behaviour effectively. We offer the following self-management tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session duration reminders or hard cut-offs.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 3kbip Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, game interfaces, graphics, software, text, data feeds, odds compilations, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of 3kbip or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from 3kbip.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to 3kbip regarding the Platform may be used by 3kbip without restriction or compensation to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3kbip and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profit.

3kbip's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

3kbip does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted or free of errors at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may cause temporary unavailability. 3kbip will endeavour to notify Players of planned maintenance windows in advance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy & Data Protection

3kbip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at /privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document.

3kbip uses industry-standard TLS 1.3 encryption to protect data in transit. Stored personal data is protected by 256-bit AES encryption. Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never accessible in plaintext by any 3kbip employee.

3kbip will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and game studios to the extent necessary to deliver Platform services, and with relevant authorities where legally required.

Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by 3kbip

3kbip reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) the Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; (c) the Account holder has failed to complete KYC verification; (d) the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements; or (e) at the direction of a relevant authority.

13.2 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant Accounts may be subject to an inactivity administrative fee of ৳100 per month, deducted from the Real Money Balance. If the balance reaches ৳0, the Account will be closed. 3kbip will send email notification before applying inactivity charges.

Amendments to Terms

3kbip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 3kbip will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, will notify registered Players via email to the address on file.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.2.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the offshore jurisdiction under which 3kbip holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in that jurisdiction.

For Bangladesh-based Players, these Terms are provided in English as the governing language. Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in Bangladesh to the extent those rights cannot be excluded by contract.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court or arbitral tribunal, that provision shall be severed and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
